Armenian and Russian PMs Tigran Sargsyan and Dmitry Medvedev met today within the frames of the session of CIS Prime Ministers’ Council.
The sides have discussed issues of development of economic cooperation.
“The agenda of our meeting is traditional. We can discuss any topic pertinent to economic and humanitarian ties between Russia and Armenia,” Medvedev has said at the beginning of the meeting.
Tigran Sargsyan has stated in turn Armenia attaches importance to the development of relations with Armenia.
“Russia is our strategic partner and the number one strategic partner in respect with economic cooperation. In our country Russian investments make up more than 60%,” the Armenian PM said underscoring that Yerevan is interested in deepening that cooperation.
