According to the Central Bank of Armenia, last year was a year of stabilization for macro-economy. The minister of finance presented the report on the implementation of the structure’s 2011 monetary policy at the government session today.
The analysis shows the macroeconomic progress is a result of consistent monetary policy and balanced fiscal policy. PM Tigran Sargsyan has announced that our country’s macroeconomic indicators and the coordination of monetary and fiscal policies were highly evaluated by international structures, too.
“We were often criticized for running non-efficient monetary and fiscal policies, but we see that international prestigious organizations give quite other assessments. It is understood that the world is guided by those assessments,” Tigran Sargsyan has said.
